Molybdenum Piercing Plug

Molybdenum piercing plug is made of molybdenum titanium zirconium carbon alloy, which is used to produce piercing mandrel plug for seamless steel pipe.

Molybdenum alloy piercing plug is made of molybdenum powder FMo-1 raw material with rare earth material, through the process of mixing, molding, shape processing and high temperature sintering. The density of finished product is ≥ 9.4 g/cm3.

Product diameter specification: Φ 20-300 mm, providing customization according to the requirements of drawings.

Application

Mainly for piercing of seamless steel pipes such as stainless steel, brazing steel, bearing steel and high temperature alloy steel.
