ITO Target
ITO target is a mixture of indium oxide and tin oxide, which is an important raw material for making ITO film, acting as a key material in the field of electronic information. With excellent electrical conductivity, optical transparency and high stability, ITO film is extensively applied in liquid crystal display, organic light emitting diode, touch screen and thin-film solar cell.
The market of ITO target has been monopolized by Japan and South Korea for a long time, especially in the field of high-end TFT application. After years of independent innovation, our company has mastered the core technology of producing high-end ITO target in mass production, with multiple intellectual property rights and patent achievements.
